Policy – Exchange/ Refund/ Cancellation
We offer exchanges on only those products which are not customised
Kindly also note, In the normal course it takes between 5 to 7 working days in getting an article delivered after dispatch.
- For any exchange, please make sure that:
- All tags are attached.
- The Product is unused, undamaged, and unwashed.
- It’s in its original packaging
- All exchange/ return approvals will take 5-7 business days to process.
Please also note that for any customised product there will be no refund/ cancellation.
